Issuu accepts major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay, as payment methods.
Customers in the US can now also pay with ACH Direct Debit. Issuu's ACH Direct Debit system is processed through GoCardless. Please note that we are currently unable to create accounts on different platforms.
Accepted credit and debit cards include:
- Visa
- MasterCard
- AMEX
- JCB
- Discover
- Diners Club
Please note that we are unable to accept other payment methods, including bank transfers, invoices, wire transfers, purchase orders, or cheques.
Before upgrading your account to the selected plan, please make sure your card is active (i.e., properly activated and not blocked) and has sufficient funds to cover the transaction amount.
NOTE: The billing name and address must match the cardholder’s information; otherwise, the payment will not be processed.

Hello,
We have used ISSUU for a long time at La Revista Mujer for free. It was until last year that we had to subscribe, ($!77USD) which is nice so we get a better publication, however, I forgot the due date for this year. so My bank account did not pay your bill because for some reason it was not recognized.
My fund will be replenished by June 1st. 2021 - can we tray again on that date? I DO NOT WANT MY SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLED. And of course, if can, I can make a payment earlier than that.
I will pappreciate your help in advance
