If you see a charge from Issuu that you don't recognize, you don't remember subscribing to a paid service or you believe an unauthorized charge took place, we suggest accessing your account settings to check your billing information, your current plan and your invoices as a first step.
Please note that Issuu subscriptions renew automatically at the end of your billing cycle, and the payment source on your account will be charged automatically. This is clearly stated when you confirm payment after adding a service to your account.
-
On the first year of your subscription you were granted a one-time discount, and hence paid a lower price, while the subscription renewed at full price. As a matter of fact, Issuu pricing may vary depending on the offer available to you when you subscribe, available discounts and promotions may vary from time. You can check if that is the case accessing your previous invoices in your Account Settings.
-
Your subscription changed following a price restructuring. If that is the case, you should have received an official communication by Issuu before your renewal.
- Issuu's plans were restructured in October 2024: now, Issuu’s Premium and Optimum plans have been merged into a new Unlimited plan. Unlimited grants you access to new features and benefits, and costs 30% less than Optimum.
-
Finally, please note that when selecting an annual billing cycle, you will get a lower rate. You can click on the "monthly" option at the top of the page to see what the month-to-month price is, compared to paying for an annual plan upfront.
If you see a double payment (e.g. you paid twice for an annual subscription, or you paid for both an annual and a monthly plan) and this payment isn’t associated to your main account, it is possible that a secondary account was upgraded. We suggest to contact our Support team sending us the following, so that we can help you retrieving the account in question:
- Credit card last 4 digits, expiration date and full name on the card
- Invoice number
- Date and amount of the transaction
