How to Submit a Support Request
- Click the Submit a request button at the top-right corner of the screen or the Help button in your account (bottom-right corner).
- Choose the category that best matches your request.
- Choose the topic most relevant to your request.
- Fill out the form with the necessary details about your issue or question.
- After submitting the ticket, you’ll receive an automated response. This reply will include initial troubleshooting steps or information that may help resolve your issue.
- Follow up:
- If your issue persists after following the suggested steps or if your question isn’t answered in the auto-reply, simply reply to the email, and one of our team members will respond as soon as possible.
- Please note that if you don’t reply to the initial auto-reply, your ticket will be automatically marked as solved.
