Teams enable easy access, management, and control over assets for groups of users, so you can own your digital distribution in a seamless workflow. Cross-functional teams can collaborate in a single platform to transform, publish, and distribute all kinds of content — both private, internal sharing, and public.

Creating an Organization
After completing the upgrade to the Teams plan, the organization owner must complete the onboarding workflow.
In the next step, fill the "organization name" field, and a suggested URL is automatically created.
This URL will show on all your Team Public Profiles and cannot be changed.
Creating your first team
To create the first team, enter the desired team name, and a suggested URL will be created automatically.
This URL loads the Public Profile, where documents and articles published by this Team Workspace are displayed.
If you already have published documents on your Issuu account, you’ll be prompted to choose whether to migrate them to the Teams workspace. If you’d like to move your publications, make sure to select the option “Move my existing publications to this workspace.”
Please note that this action moves publications from your current account to the new workspace. If you don’t select this option, you’ll permanently lose access to those publications.
Start inviting members (optional)
You can also choose to invite members to the team you’ve just created. Using the Invite Members option, you can invite up to three team members at once.
This step is optional and can be skipped or completed later.
You can invite up to 25 new members using the "Bulk Invites" option.
Start exploring your Teams account
After the invites are sent, a success message will be shown. Invited members must accept the invite to access the team on the Issuu platform. To view the created team, click on the "Go to team page" button.
After creating a new team, the user is redirected to the team's home page.
