TIP: Please contact Issuu support before contacting your bank for an unauthorized charge. We would gladly investigate your unauthorized charge. Unfortunately, once the charge has been disputed with the bank, Issuu support may not be able to honor your refund request.
Wrong Card Used
A user mistakenly used their personal credit card when setting up their Issuu account, the cost of which should be covered by their organization.
Current Employee Subscribed
A current employee subscribed to an Issuu account using a company credit card without informing the company’s accounting department.
Former Employee Subscribed
A former employee still in possession of a company credit card subscribed to an issuu account without the company accounting department’s knowledge.
A former employee no longer works for the company, but is being charged for the company’s subscription. Please contact your company before contacting Issuu support.
User created multiple accounts, one of which the publisher has forgotten was a paid plan.
User no longer uses Issuu and has forgotten about past account with a paid subscription.
Account Created on Behalf of Someone Else
A third party such as an external PR firm or designer created an account for their client and either used their own or the client's credit card for the subscription. At renewal, the credit card holder may at first not recognize the charge.
