Discounts for non-profit organizations and for students

Issuu is currently offering the following discounts for NGOs and students:

• 50% off all plans for non-profit organizations. 

  • To apply for our 50% non-profit discount, you’ll need to provide documentation confirming your non-profit status, such as an IRS Determination Letter or a state-issued tax-exempt certificate. Please submit this documentation by opening a ticket through our Help Center, selecting the appropriate category.
    Once we’ve reviewed and verified your documents, we’ll apply the 50% non-profit discount to your account. The discount applies to all subscription plans and will take effect at your next renewal. Once the discount is active, you’ll see the adjusted pricing reflected on your account’s upgrade page.
    

  • If you also want your account to be tax-exempt, please update your billing address to match the one on your tax-exempt certificate. This ensures that future invoices will not include sales tax.

  • To request a student discount, you need to contact us and reply using your university email address, including your University institution and grad year information. This helps us verify your student status. Please submit this documentation by opening a ticket through our Help Center, selecting the appropriate category. We’ll then send you a promo code, which you can apply during your account upgrade.
  • Please note that the student promotion can only be applied once to your account, and your subscription will renew at full price next year.

If you've already purchased a subscription, please note that these promotional codes can only be applied starting from the next billing term.

Where should I apply the student promo code?

To upgrade your account to a free year of the Starter plan using the student promo code, please follow these steps:

1. Visit your account’s Upgrade page.

2. Select our Starter Annual plan.

3. Click Upgrade or Get Started.

4. On the right-hand side of the screen, under Complete Payment, click Add a promo code.

   

5. Enter the promo code in the designated field.

6. Click Continue to confirm the upgrade.
