Why am I seeing a higher price for my subscription?

If you see a higher price compared to previous renewals, it's possible that your subscription changed following our recent price and plans restructuring. 

Issuu's plans were restructured in October 2024: now, Issuu’s Premium and Optimum plans have been merged into a new Unlimited plan. 

If that is the case, you should have received an official communication by Issuu before your renewal. Please visit this article to have a complete overview of the new pricing structure.

Alternatively, it's possible that you were granted a one-time discount for your previous payment, and hence paid a lower price, while the subscription renewed at full price this year. As a matter of fact, Issuu pricing may vary depending on the offer available to you when you subscribe, available discounts and promotions may vary from time. You can check if that is the case accessing your previous invoices in your Account Settings.
