I didn’t receive the verification code
If you’re trying to verify your account but haven’t received the verification code in your email, follow these steps:
- Check Your Spam or Junk Folder: Sometimes the verification email may end up in your spam or junk folder. Be sure to check these folders in your email inbox.
- Wait a Few Minutes: In rare cases, it may take a few minutes for the email to arrive. Ensure that you have a stable internet connection and refresh your inbox.
- Resend the Code: If you still haven’t received the code, look for the option to resend it
- Check for Typos: Double-check that you entered the correct email address. Typos or incorrect email addresses could prevent the email from being delivered.
I forgot my username
If you've forgotten your username, follow these steps:
- Check Your Email: Look through old emails from us—many account-related emails include your username.
- Try Username Variations: If you have a common format for usernames (e.g., first name, last name, or a nickname), try different variations.
- Login with Email: You can also try logging in with your registered email address instead of your username.
If you're still unable to log in, consider requesting a password reset using your email.
I forgot my email
If you don't remember the email address associated with your account, try the following:
- Check Your Email Accounts: Review the inboxes of any email accounts you regularly use for any emails from us, especially account confirmation or password reset emails. Don’t forget to verify your Spam Inbox as well.
- Try Alternate Emails: If you have multiple email addresses, try logging in with each one.
- Login with Username: You can also try logging in with your registered username instead of your email.
If you still cannot remember your email address or username contact support for further assistance, including any information that might help us identifying your account (publication links, old invoices, billing information etc.)
I forgot my password
If you've forgotten your password, follow these steps to reset it:
- Go to the Login Page: Navigate to the login page of the platform (https://issuu.com/signin)
- Click "Forgot Password?": Under the login form, click the "I forgot my password" link.
- Enter Your Email Address: Input the email address associated with your account.
- Check Your Email: You’ll receive an email with a link to reset your password. Be sure to check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox.
- Reset Your Password: Click the link in the email and follow the instructions to create a new password.
Once you’ve reset your password, you can log in to your account using your updated credentials.
I no longer have access to the email address on file
If you can’t access the email address linked to your account, here’s what to do:
- Login with Linked Accounts: If you've previously linked your account to a Google or Facebook login, try using that method to log in. If you're able to log in via a linked account, update your email address in your account settings.

Visit the account recovery page for your email provider. Here are some common ones:
- Gmail: https://accounts.google.com/signin/recovery
- Yahoo: https://login.yahoo.com/forgot
- Outlook/Hotmail: https://account.live.com/password/reset

- Enter the email address you're trying to recover.
- Follow the prompts to verify your identity. If you encounter any difficulties during the email recovery process, please find assistance through the support section of your email provider's website.
- Company domain: if your email address is related to a company domain, contact the Company IT department to restore the email address in question. Once the email address is restored, you can reset your password.
If you still unable to login contact support for further assistance, including any information that might help us identifying your account (publication links, old invoices, billing information etc.). Please note that for security reasons we need to verify that you’re the owner of the account in order to you access.
I previously logged in with Google/Facebook and want to log in with email now
If you’ve been logging in via Google or Facebook but now want to switch to using your email:
- Login with Google or Facebook: First, log in with your current Google or Facebook credentials.
- Add an Email: Once you're logged in, go to your account settings and add an email address or ensure your current email is up-to-date.
- Set a Password: After adding your email, set a password so you can log in with your email next time.
If you still unable to change your login method, contact support for further assistance.
I can't log in to my group account
If you're having trouble accessing a group account, remember that group accounts cannot be accessed directly using standard login details like a username or password.
To access the group account, follow these steps:
- Log In as a Member or Owner: First, ensure you are logging in as either a member or the owner of the group account. Use the credentials associated with your individual account, not the group account itself.
- Switch to the Group Account: Once you're logged in, you can switch to the group account by hovering your mouse over your profile picture in the top right corner. You’ll see an option to switch to the group account from there.
If you're still experiencing issues, check with the group owner or admin to confirm your membership status or contact support for further assistance.
