HubSpot Media Bridge provides a seamless experience of accessing Issuu publications that already exist on your Issuu account without leaving HubSpot to embed them in your HubSpot landing pages, websites, and blogs.
How to use the Issuu Module in HubSpot Landing pages and Website pages?
NOTE: The process of using the Issuu module in HubSpot Landing pages and Website pages is similar. You just need to select whether it is a Landing Page or a Website page depending on your need.
How to get a full-page viewing experience using the Full page Issuu Template
1. Click on the Content -> Landing Pages and then click on the Create button and select Landing Page from the drop-down menu.
2. Give your Landing page a name and click on the Create Page button.
3. You will be redirected to the below screen. Click on the dropdown menu and select Change theme.
4. On the themes page, look for the Issuu full page template and click View Template, to provide a fullscreen experience.
5. Click on Select Template
6. You will redirected to the below screen. Click on the contents icon, from the left-side navigation bar.
7. Click on the Select from Issuu button.
8. Here, you will be able to access all of your Issuu public publications list, without leaving HubSpot. Select the Issuu publication that you would like to embed.
Note: Teams Workspaces are identified after the publication title as in the screenshot below.
You can also browse files through your Teams Workspaces. Each Team Workspace has a specific folder.
9. Customise the embed options that are available and click on the Apply Changes button.
10. Click on the Publish button to reflect the changes.
11. Your embed in full-page view is ready!
Note: Issuu custom events can track your user engagement only if your Issuu publication is embedded within HubSpot's Full Page Issuu template or within HubSpot pages.
How to embed Issuu publication in HubSpot templates
1. Click on the Content -> Landing Pages and then click on the Create button and select Landing Page from the drop-down menu.
2. Give your Landing page a name and click on the Create Page button.
3. Once the page is created, you will be redirected to the below screen.
4. Click on the "+" icon.
5. Search for Issuu in the search bar. You'll find the Issuu module. Just drag and drop the module where you want the embed to appear.
6. You will be redirected to the below screen. Click the Select from Issuu button.
7. Here, you will be able to access all of your Issuu public publications list, without leaving HubSpot. Select the Issuu publication that you would like to embed.

8. Here, you will be able to customize your embed with basic settings as well as fullscreen settings:
Embed customizing options
- Background color of your embed;
- Page layout - Single or Double page;
- Remove Issuu branding;
- Promote your documents;
- Hide share button.
9. Once you customize your embed, click on the Apply Changes button.
10. Click on Publish to publish your embed settings.
11. This is how your embedded publication will look like.
How to use the Issuu Module in HubSpot blogs?
To add Issuu embed in a blog:
1. Select Content ->Blogs
2. Click on Create button.
3. Select a Blog, and then select the Post language and click on the Create Blog Post button.
4. You will be redirected to the below screen.
5. Click on "+" icon.
6. In the Search bar, search for Issuu module.
7. Drag and drop the Issuu embed module to create a blog post area.
8. Click on the Select from Issuu button.
9. Here, you will be able to access all of your Issuu public publications list, without leaving HubSpot. Select the Issuu publication that you would like to embed.
You can also browse files through your Teams Workspaces. Each Team Workspace has a specific folder.
10. Customize your publication and Click on the Apply Changes button.
11. Finally, Publish your blog.
