If you’ve forgotten or misplaced your password:
1. Select “I don’t remember my password” from the sign-in screen.
2. Enter the username or email address associated with your account.
3. Check the "I'm not a robot" box.
4. Select “SEND EMAIL.”
5. Follow the password recovery instructions found in the email you receive.
If you don’t receive the email, be sure that you are using your account email address and not your billing email address, which sometimes can be different.
