How do I cancel my subscription and switch to the FREE plan?

If you would like to cancel your subscription or downgrade your account, please follow the steps outlined below:

To downgrade:

  1. Log in and go to your "Services page" (Here is the direct link).
  2. Next, Click on "Downgrade" button under "Basic" plan and click on "PROCEED TO CHECK OUT". 



You will then see a pop-up screen that will ask you to confirm the changes. Click on "CONTINUE". 


Once you have clicked on "CONTINUE", you will be directed to a "Quick question - Why" screen that will ask you to choose one or more reasons why you want to downgrade your account to free. After you have chosen a reason/reasons, you will need to click on "DOWNGRADE". 


Once you have clicked on "DOWNGRADE", you will see the message that confirms that you have successfully downgraded your account to free. Click on "GOT IT, THANKS".


After you have successfully downgraded, the system will tell you the expiry date of your subscription. Your account is downgraded to FREE the day your current subscription ends.



TIP:  To complete the process, you should see a pop-up dialog box after clicking "PROCEED TO CHECK OUT". If you don't see the pop-up box, please check and make sure that you don't have a pop-up blocker activated. If you do, please change the settings to allow for pop-ups from Also make sure that you have Flash player activated and working on your browser. See

PLEASE NOTE: You cannot downgrade your account if your account is in DUNNING and there is an outstanding balance on your account. For help with downgrading your account while in dunning, please contact the support team via the "Help" button on the bottom right of the page.
