If you have an outstanding balance, your account will be downgraded to Issuu Free after the 4 Dunning periods. You can continue to use the free service without any restrictions and we will not remove any of your content.
You can reactivate your Issuu Pro account by (re)entering your billing address and a valid payment method here (remember to log in first).
Issuu will then charge you the outstanding balance and reactivate your Pro account immediately.
