Issuu provides you with a variety of stats to help you put a number on your success.
Note that statistics always are a bit delayed, as our machines must crunch those numbers. In general, you should wait at least 24 hours to be sure you have an accurate account of your performance.
You get the most detailed overview of your statistics in My Library. Select 1-6 documents and click 'Statistics' to compare the performance of the individual publications. If you select just 1 publication you will get the option to drill down in the various metrics we provide.

When you look at the stats for a particular publication in My Library you can see 'Total number of readers' and then 'Issuu readers'. Total means ... well, everyone. Issuu readers are people who have read the publication on our site and they are a percentage of the total number of readers. The remaining percentage would be people who have read the publication outside Issuu e.g. as embedded on your site.
Check out your Profile and Home for the accumulated numbers.
Currently we only offer one statistics package for free and Pro, but we might introduce more options further down the road.
To optimize performance we generally preload a few pages every time your publications is shown. This makes sure the pages are ready to be read once the reader pages forward.
When your publication is loaded, we count that as 1 view / 1 reader, no matter if someone looks at it or not.
A read is counted when someone interacts with your document - flipping pages or viewing in full screen.
Unique page views are the total number of times all pages in the document has been shown.
